Our patented multi-arm heterobifunctional PEG derivatives are aimed at optimizing the drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) in ADCs by increasing the proportion of drug molecules bound to each antibody, thereby enhancing efficacy. Our products include, but are not limited to, 4ARM-PEG-(NH2)3-COOH, 4ARM-PEG-(MAL)3-NHS, 8ARM-PEG-(NH2)7-COOH, and 8ARM-PEG-(MAL)7-NHS. Additionally, the company provides a variety of high-purity, monodisperse PEG linkers suitable for large-scale commercial ADC production, available in both GMP and non-GMP grades.
